About The Position

As a Human Resources Intern, you’ll play a hands-on role supporting the HR team across a range of functions—from talent acquisition and employee engagement to organizational development. You'll gain exposure to real projects, contribute to meaningful initiatives, and build foundational skills for a future career in HR.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating on the development and implementation of initiatives and solutions to improve performance and processes.
• Reviewing employee engagement survey data and creating a new method to display the results.
• Assisting with employee communications and recognition.
• Managing reports, dashboards, and metrics that measure efficiency and effectiveness across our organization.
• Creating strategies for New Hire Orientation.
