About The Position

SIXT is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Information Systems People Administration Data Support Specialist to join our People and Culture Team. This role focuses on administrative tasks related to employee data management and plays a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our HR Information Systems and therefore employee and managers' ability to perform their tasks with correctly assigned permissions and set ups.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in an administrative or HR support role.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Experience with Workday and UKG (preferred).
  • Proficient in navigating computer systems, including Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Strong skills in handling numerical and analytical data, with skills in creating and cleaning large data sets.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task effectively, and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Goal-driven, able to manage multiple tasks, and a critical thinker with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the complete system enrollment process for new hires to ensure a seamless and successful onboarding experience, collaborating with managers and departments.
  • Review, extract, and audit data from various HR, Time, and Payroll systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency across all platforms.
  • Perform weekly data updates, including processing new hires, promotions, and employee changes, in collaboration with Managers and People & Culture departments.
  • Lead efforts in maintaining data integrity across interconnected systems by identifying, correcting, and preventing discrepancies, and provide continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Assist with HR-related system queries, generate and manage employee reports, and perform system configurations as necessary.
  • Work closely with HR and operations department leaders to consult on business process improvements, conduct data-driven analysis, and support strategic decision-making through data collection, validation, and modeling.
