Requirements

• 5+ years of Human Resources experience or a relevant degree
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Broad knowledge of employment law, recruiting strategies, EEO/AAP, safety and policy development and application preferred
• Strong communication skills with training experience preferred
• Strong computer/systems skills are required

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain an engaged, focused and high performing culture
• Support employees with effective employee relations, training, and benefits communications
• Support the business with staffing, compensation and change management strategies
• Provide instruction, coaching, and development to employees
• Partner with leadership to create positive business outcomes
• Ensure the safety of employees
