About The Position

The Human Resources Manager plays a key leadership role in supporting our staff and advancing our mission. This position oversees all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to leadership while remaining hands-on and accessible to employees.

Requirements

  • Associates degree in HR or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • HR professional certification preferred
  • A minimum of five years HR generalist experience that includes recruitment & retention, compensation & benefit management, employment law, employee relations and management practices.
  • Excellent communication, time management and organization.
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of staff, residents, families and external customers.

Nice To Haves

  • HR professional certification preferred
