As a critical contributor to the IW HR team, you will help drive the execution of our annual HR processes and support daily needs related to HR operations, recruiting & onboarding, employee relations, early career programs, employee engagement, and talent development. You’ll work with employees at all levels, helping create a consistent and positive employee experience while reinforcing strong people practices across the division. In addition to supporting the IW business, this role is part of the broader PCG HR community—providing exposure across the organization and connecting you with a collaborative network of HR colleagues and leaders. You’ll have access to shared resources, guidance, and expertise across the HR function, making this an ideal role for someone who wants to grow their HR capabilities while supporting a dynamic and diverse business. This is not a remote/hybrid position and will report to our Global Headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio 5x a week. Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.
