About The Position

Robert Half is seeking an Entry-Level HR Generalist to support the HR department of a reputable manufacturing company. This role focuses on ensuring smooth and efficient business operations within the HR function, contributing to various HR processes and compliance with labor regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Engage in tasks related to performance management
  • Collect and analyze data to generate useful HR metrics such as employee turnover rates
  • Arrange and facilitate quarterly and annual employee performance evaluations
  • Ensure all operations comply with labor regulations
  • Deliver excellent customer service, addressing any queries or concerns
  • Utilize HRMS, ADP - Financial Services, and ADP Workforce Now for various HR functions
  • Carry out comprehensive background checks as part of the recruitment process
  • Manage benefit functions, ensuring all are properly executed and maintained
  • Conduct regular auditing to ensure data accuracy within the HR department
