Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to one or more human resources functions, including recruiting, employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits, equal employment opportunity, and/or employee records.
• Heavily interface with employee training and update the Learning Management System (LMS) and compile statistics for various HR management reports.
• Conduct pre-employment screening interviews, check references and respond to routine questions on HR policy.
• Prepare reports to support corporate and managerial metrics.
• Administer employee acquisition, onboarding, development, EEO, government regulations, employee relations and activities, record keeping (including HRIS), posting requirements, corrective action, worker's compensation, and exit both with personnel and in an administrative capacity.
• Assist with the administration of benefits and enrollments.
• Assist with the administration of wellness health and safety initiatives, metrics, and releases.
• Function as a primary contact for employee queries.
• Function in support capacity to all Director of HR activities.
• Heavily interface and update the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Prepare internal employee communications.
• Demonstrate good judgment in unusual and unexpected situations.
• Manage conflict or differences effectively.
• Provide a positive example of punctuality, attendance, compliance with company policy and values, and in supporting a pleasant and productive work environment.
