The purpose of this position is to provide professional human resources and/or risk management support to County staff in one or more assigned areas, such as records and human resources information systems (HRIS) administration, recruitment, classification and compensation, benefits, training, claims administration or other area of specialization as assigned. This is the entry-level for the Human Resources and Risk Management Generalist series. Incumbents handle routine issues in an assigned area of but work toward learning all facets of department activities.
