About The Position
Arcosa Traffic Structures is searching for a talented team player to fill the position of Human Resources Generalist in our Sumterville, FL manufacturing facility! This role primarily manages and directs the activities and staff involved in developing and/or maintaining HR services, policies, programs, and processes. Establishes functional business plans and provides for the development and alignment of HR people, products, programs and services to achieve organizational objectives. In this role, the HR Generalist will ensure a safe working environment for all employees as well as support quality objectives.
