We're accelerating growth at our brand-new Tulsa office and gearing up to scale the team! As we build this site from the ground up, we're on the hunt for an energetic, hands-on HR Generalist to join us on the frontlines of this exciting journey. In this dual role as Recruiting Lead and Strategic Business Partner, you'll work closely with local leadership and employees to attract top talent, drive engagement, and help shape a high-performing, inclusive culture from day one.   • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles
  • Manage candidate communication and ensure smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition to ensure alignment with hiring strategy and process
  • Maintain applicant tracking and reporting for compliance and internal metrics
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and HR-related matters
  • Support the onboarding and orientation process for new hires in Tulsa
  • Advise managers on performance management, employee relations, and organizational development
  • Champion a positive work environment and help build a strong site culture aligned with company values
  • Coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence (e.g., compensation, benefits) to ensure seamless employee support
  • Assist with local compliance, policy administration, and data maintenance
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HRBP role, ideally with recruiting responsibility
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting
  • Knowledge of federal and Oklahoma-specific labor laws and regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity in a fast-growing environment
  • Success-oriented and willing to take on multiple tasks
