About The Position
The Human Resources Generalist position at Heartland Alliance International is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the HR department under the guidance of the Director of Human Resources Management. This role involves a variety of tasks including recruitment, onboarding, policy development, employee relations, compliance, compensation and benefits, professional development, and HR metrics reporting. The Generalist will leverage industry knowledge to promote the organization's mission and vision while ensuring compliance with HR laws and best practices.
