About The Position
As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for overseeing labor relations, policies and procedures, recruitment and talent management for assigned client group at the organization. This role requires a proactive approach to managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. You will work closely with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and foster a positive work environment.
