About The Position

The Human Resources Generalist at Nephron SC Inc. is responsible for executing HR, payroll, employee benefits, and daily operational tasks using HRIS software. This role involves maintaining employee records, supporting HR inquiries, facilitating recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal requirements. The position also includes conducting exit interviews and analyzing data to provide recommendations to HR leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of HR/Payroll specific experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks appropriately.

  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize HRIS software for HR, payroll, employee benefits, and daily operational tasks.
  • Organize employee records to ensure compliance.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports related to performance evaluations.
  • Support employees with HR inquiries and problem-solving.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the Company Handbook and HR Policy.
  • Assist in staffing and recruitment processes, including applicant tracking.
  • Facilitate new employee orientation and ensure onboarding compliance.
  • Recommend and develop employee relations practices to foster positive relations.
  • Maintain work structure by updating job requirements and descriptions.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data for HR leadership recommendations.
  • Monitor and implement applicable HR federal and state requirements.
