About The Position

The Human Resources Generalist plays a vital role in supporting the HR office's responsibilities and assisting associates with various HR matters. This position is focused on promoting Atrium's company culture and core values while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. The HR Generalist will facilitate talent acquisition, maintain employment records, administer training, manage benefits, and handle associate relations, all while fostering a professional and efficient HR environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Human Resources or Administrative/office experience.
  • 2 years of prior customer service experience.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years of hospitality industry experience.
  • 2 years of prior recruiting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of experience and education.
  • HR professional certification completed or in process.
  • Workday experience.
  • Preferred bilingual skills based on market needs.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate an orderly and efficient HR office environment providing timely support to associates, guests, and candidates.
  • Support the talent acquisition process by posting positions, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and processing offers.
  • Maintain thorough employment records and compliance requirements through Workday administration.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and compliance tracking for brand training.
  • Monitor and track safety topics and ensure OSHA log compliance in partnership with the GM and leadership team.
  • Administer property leave management and conduct quarterly benefit meetings for associates.
  • Assist with associate relations by documenting concerns and supporting investigations as needed.
  • Manage initial unemployment claims and coordinate employee recognition programs.
