The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operation of the Human Resources Department. Daily tasks will include: Reviewing Personnel Action Forms for completeness and accuracy and resolving discrepancies, handling HRIS data entry administration as it pertains to hires, terminations, transfers, licensing, promotions, pay increases, performance reviews, etc. Pulling reports and performing audits of HRIS system to ensure accuracy in the inputting of data, running and distributing weekly, monthly, and yearly reports, as necessary. Additional tasks will include assisting with benefits and leave of absence administration, assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, employee and labor relations, compensation/licensing administration, promoting positive public relations, and performing other duties as assigned.
