About The Position
Kern Regional Center is looking for a dedicated Human Resources Generalist. This individual is responsible for assisting the Human Resources function within the company including employee administration, management of personnel records, compliance with laws and regulations, talent acquisition, new hire administration, benefit administration, employee health and safety and other duties as assigned to support human resources.
