STV is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join the Human Resources team. This is designated as a hybrid position (3 days/week in office) and can be in one of our major West coast offices, which will include Los Angeles or Rancho Cucamonga, CA or Bellevue, WA . This role will operate as part of an HR Generalist team modeled to support HR Business Partners and the business with general HR support in addition to implementing various HR programs and initiatives. This role plays a vital part in the overall success of the HR function and its delivery of people-oriented solutions. Duties Act as a frontline partner to the business Assist with HR programs and initiatives: talent acquisition, employment processing, compensation, records management, employee relations, compliance, etc. Participate in the formulation of HR solutions by collecting and analyzing information, recommending courses of action Complete special projects by carrying out project objective; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions Manage client expectations by communicating project status and issues, resolving concerns Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends Protect employee and Company data Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by staying abreast of existing and new legislation Enhance department services by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments Continue to develop job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive, and others will be assigned as necessary
