Requirements
- Have 2+ years of HR admin or coordinator experience
- Are comfortable juggling multiple clients or projects
- Are proactive, responsive, and highly organized
- Understand confidentiality and HR best practices
- Enjoy working independently with flexibility
Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding & offboarding
- Manage employee records & HRIS updates
- Coordinate benefits enrollments & answer employee questions
- Support policy updates and compliance tracking
- Assist with payroll prep and administrative HR tasks
- Provide general HR support to clients as needed
