Due to growth, we are adding a Human Resources Generalist to our team! This is a Hybrid position out of our Appleton WI locations. The Human Resources Generalist provides front-line HR support to enterprise HR functions, assisting in the execution of HR programs, policies, and procedures. This role supports associate engagement, onboarding, training, benefits, leave administration, and compliance with employment laws. The HR Generalist serves as a key contact for associate relations and supports daily HR operations under the guidance of HR leadership. The Human Resources Generalist will support the performance management process, assist leadership in disciplinary management and assist with the preparation and maintenance of HR policies/procedures including the associate handbook.
