You’re comfortable balancing both administrative and strategic responsibilities within the HR function. You take ownership of key HR programs and processes, ensuring they are executed accurately, efficiently, and with a people‑first mindset.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-3 years with previous HR or related field required
- A solid understanding of HR practices and knowledge of labor laws is preferred
- Excellent communication, organization and decision-making skills are essential
- Proficiency in MS office and HRIS Software
- High confidentiality is a must
Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for employee inquiries, escalating complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Supports the execution of employee relations activities, to include, but not limited to reporting, communications, analysis, placement and training.
- Maintain accurate physical and digital employee records.
- Support programs to enhance employee satisfaction, retention and engagement; facilitate training on conflict resolution, harassment prevention and effective management practices.
- Support HRBP’s in handling all employee relations issues such as counseling, dispute resolution, terminations and performance improvement plans.
- Assist management in the effective administration of the organization’s HR systems, tools and practices.
- Conduct exit interviews, summarize findings, and discuss trends and concerns with management.
- Participate in developing and enhancing personnel policies and procedures.
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned
