Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or 3+ years of HR experience
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Experience with HRIS and ERP systems preferred
