About The Position

Price Industries Inc., seeking a highly skilled and proactive Bilingual Human Resources Generalist (Spanish/English) to support our HVAC manufacturing plant. This role will serve as a key HR resource for employees and management, providing expertise in employee relations, HR administration, compliance, and Paycom system management. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, has excellent communication skills, and can navigate complex HR issues with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal fluency required)
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Paycom HRIS
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • HR certifications (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP) preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage all HR functions for plant employees, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, performance management, and terminations.
  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and supervisors, providing guidance on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage and maintain employee records using Paycom, including timekeeping, and HR reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
  • Support employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and coaching managers and employees on effective solutions.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations, disciplinary actions, and corrective plans.
  • Facilitate training and development initiatives to support employee engagement and professional growth.
  • Act as a bilingual liaison, translating and communicating HR information for Spanish-speaking employees when needed.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to implement process improvements, HR initiatives, and plant-wide communications.
