About The Position

Performs duties in one or more areas of a human resource operation that require a high-level of independent judgment and discretion. This position requires expertise in one or more facets of the human resource business operation. Represents the Human Resources Department to internal and external customers in a professional, courteous, and quality manner. Demonstrates a broad-based knowledge of critical human resource functions and duties, such as compensation, HRIS transactions, interpretation of policy to individual circumstances, and the accurate processing of status changes and payroll adjustments.Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned. Requirements

  • High School Diploma, required
  • Minimum of two (2) years of Human Resources experience, preferred
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a healthcare environment
