What You'll Do: Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable laws and internal policies. Maintain payroll records, deductions, and employee data within the HRIS/payroll system. Serve as a primary point of contact for employee HR questions related to payroll, benefits, policies, procedures, and HR programs. Support full-cycle recruitment by partnering with hiring managers on job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation. Coordinate onboarding activities and lead new hire orientation to ensure a welcoming and positive new hire experience. Administer employee benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, and voluntary programs, ensuring enrollments, terminations, and invoice reconciliation are handled accurately. Support the annual open enrollment process through communication, coordination, and employee assistance. Partner with benefits vendors and brokers to resolve employee questions and ensure smooth program administration. Coordinate offboarding processes including exit documentation, exit interviews, benefits transitions, and system updates. Support the administration of the annual performance review and merit increase process, including preparing reports, coordinating timelines, and tracking completion. Serve as an active member of our Culture Crew by supporting employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal events. Assist with HR reporting, recordkeeping, and policy administration. Support HR projects and initiatives designed to improve processes and enhance the employee experience. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and security when handling employee and credit union information.
