About The Position

Sabre Systems is seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and other HR-related activities. This position requires experience in a government contracting environment and proficiency in ADP, Deltek, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and iCIMS. Key Responsibilities: Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization. Coordinate pre-employment activities. Conduct new hire orientation sessions and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately. HR Functions: Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with enrollment and inquiries. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Support employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution and performance management. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Manage HR systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Provide full-cycle HR support that includes a strong working knowledge of HR functions. Reward and Recognition Programs: Assist with reward and recognition initiatives to foster employee engagement and motivation. Collaborate with leadership to identify and execute strategies for recognizing employee achievements and contributions. Monitor the effectiveness of recognition programs and recommend improvements to enhance employee satisfaction Supervision: Provide direct supervision to the receptionist, ensuring high-quality front-desk operations and customer service. Offer guidance, support, and performance feedback to the receptionist to foster professional growth and development. Government Contracting Environment: Ensure compliance with government contracting regulations and requirements. Collaborate with leadership to address HR needs specific to government contracts. Systems and Tools: Utilize ADP for HRIS functions, benefits administration, and HR reporting. Deltek for timesheet management. Manage SharePoint workflows related to HR functions. Use Microsoft Office Suite for communication, reporting, and presentations. Administer iCIMS for applicant tracking and onboarding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent relevant experience
  • 3+ years of supporting human resources functions in a government contracting environment.
  • Proficiency in ADP, Deltek, SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and iCIMS.
  • Experience with onboarding employees
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
