Requirements

  • BS degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience
  • If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver's license is required.
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with computers and MS office
  • A team player with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across different departments.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with corporate and subsidiary objectives.
  • Must be available during core working hours. This is not a remote position

Responsibilities

  • Serving as the primary contact for employees and managers regarding human resources policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Processing HR transactions including new hires, promotions, benefits enrollment, disciplinary actions, HRIS data entry, and terminations.
  • Coordinating and conducting pre-employment activities such as reference checks, drug testing, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
  • Facilitating and delivering New Hire Orientation sessions.
  • Facilitating and processing benefit enrollments, including new hire elections, open enrollment, and qualifying life event updates.
  • Administering and tracking leave of absence requests, including FMLA, disability, and other statutory or company leaves.
  • Maintaining OSHA 300 logs and ensuring timely posting and compliance with reporting requirements.
  • Coordinating drug testing in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Processing employment verifications and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Supporting the preparation and documentation of performance management, including performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
