About The Position

As a Human Resource Generalist at Traditions Hospitality Group, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our HR team with a wide range of human resources functions. Leveraging your experience and expertise, you'll contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives that support our organization's goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to obtain a Gaming badge.
  • Must be able to obtain an ABLE license.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with onboarding processes and procedures.
  • Manage employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as policy development, training programs, and HR system implementations.
  • Stay updated on HR trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness of HR programs and processes.
