About The Position
The HR Generalist supports a wide range of human resources functions within a dynamic hospitality environment, with a strong focus on benefits administration, employee relations, regulatory compliance, and international recruitment. This role also engages in key areas such as performance management, onboarding, employee development, policy implementation, compensation, and employment law compliance-all while helping to cultivate a welcoming and service-oriented workplace culture. Full-time, year-round position with benefits eligibility. This position is located on premises in Breckenridge, CO. Transitional housing may be available.
