About The Position

The Human Resources Generalist will work closely with hiring managers to identify skilled candidates who can provide services to our clients. This role serves as a liaison between employees and management, reviewing grievances and resolving disputes while ensuring that proper disciplinary processes are followed. The HR Generalist will organize and conduct new employee orientations, prepare necessary documentation, and maintain personnel files. Additionally, this position involves tracking benefits time, conducting employee training, managing performance reviews, and assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies. The HR Generalist will also take on any assignments as requested by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Detail oriented and self-starter.
  • Great communication skills, including listening, speaking, and writing.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Experience working in a non-profit environment.
  • Knowledge of payroll systems, preferably ADP.
  • Familiarity with timekeeping systems, Excel, and Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

  • BA preferred in human resources, business, or communication.
  • Experience of over five years in the human resources field.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
