The HR Generalist is responsible for day-to-day administration of policies and programs typically covering most of following recruiting, compensation and benefits, training, employee and labor relations, safety, and team member support. The role involves overseeing and coordinating the resolution of employee concerns and complaints, coaching and discipline, investigations, and ensuring a positive employee environment according to company philosophy and values, policies, and applicable laws and regulations. The HR Generalist will also be responsible for internal and external recruitment, providing Affirmative Action administration support, communicating benefit programs, and acting as a resource for managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
