About The Position

The Human Resources Generalist at Yuma Regional Medical Center plays a vital role in delivering a variety of HR services at a professional level. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field with no experience required.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and 1 year of human resources or healthcare experience. Human Resources Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with key Human Resources team members to research, resolve issues, and complete assigned projects, making HR recommendations in accordance with policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Assist in the initial intake and resolution of job-related complaints and concerns, proactively identifying and responding to employee relations issues.
  • Provide assistance to HR Specialty areas such as Benefits, Compensation, Organizational Development, and Recruitment as assigned.
  • Assist in the research and preparation of required documentation for HR-related tasks including unemployment claims, leave management, and conflict resolution.
  • Manage HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Measure, assess, and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of HR services through data analysis and offer solutions to manage problematic trends.
  • Partner with leadership on employee engagement initiatives and action plans.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and/or requested.

  • Competitive salary range from $62,613.88 to $93,920.82 based on experience and skills.
