Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Business Partner, the Human Resources Generalist plays a key role in delivering HR programs, initiatives and services that align with Berklee's strategic goals. This role partners closely with HR colleagues across employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, HRIS, and benefits teams to support recruitment, general employee relations, organizational/professional development, compensation, and policy interpretation. Additionally, the HR Generalist will play an integral role in ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, including FLSA and ADA, by supporting policy implementation, conducting audits, and developing processes that mitigate risk and uphold the institutional and legal standards.
