The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. The HR Generalist serves as a first point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring HR policies and practices are effectively implemented and aligned with organizational goals. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions typically require exercising independent judgment. Reports to the Director of Human Resources.
