As a member of the Human Resources team, the Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for partnering with company leaders aligned with the implementation of best practices to support the achievement of corporate business objectives. You will be a partner with talent acquisition, employee relations, and program implementation. The position requires strategic thinking, strong written and verbal communication skills, talent management experience, collaboration, and independent judgment. This opportunity is a hybrid position. Qualified candidates must be able to commute into our Phoenix office at least two days per week.
