About The Position

We serve more than 68,000 clients per year throughout Middlesex, Somerset, Hunterdon, and Warren counties in NJ. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for various HR functions including recruiting, employee relations, and benefits management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; PHR preferred.
• 5 years' experience as Generalist.
• HR Generalist/Management experience/Business Acumen.
• Works well with the team and independently.
• Solutions focused and problem solving demonstrated skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting - Experience with Indeed, Monster; Website; Handshake.
• Employee Relations contact for CCDOM and CCCS.
• Monthly Reports - CARI; DHS Registry; Streamline Verify for Professional licensing.
• Weekly Mission Interviews/Fingerprinting registrations in Identogo.
• Add new benefit plan for PTO; changes in hours and updating benefits plans.
• School Abbott Plans - close out benefit plan; Annual Carry-Over Exceptions.
• Microix and Expense Reimbursement.
• Back up Facilitator for Orientation; equipment set up.
• Extended Leave Bank updates; end of year benefit updates.
• Benefit bill reconciliation with HR Department/Benefits Manager collaboration.
• Employee referrals and payouts.
• Drug Screens for certain areas.
