About The Position

As an HR Generalist at Lineage Logistics, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR functions of the organization. Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of progressive experience in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leaders to drive business performance and create an inclusive work environment.
• Support the implementation of core HR functions and champion continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with site leadership to meet talent acquisition needs.
• Assist in managing pay changes and ensure alignment with compensation standards.
• Help leadership address and resolve team member concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all HR regulations and maintain collective bargaining agreements.
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of HR data and compliance with reporting requirements.
• Support the rollout of HR initiatives across sites and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
• Assist with payroll processing and manage benefits inquiries.
