About The Position
The Human Resources Generalist will assist in the administration of human resources policies and practices for the San Diego Comic Convention (SDCC) and Comic-Con Museum (CCM). This role involves supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, compliance tracking, employee benefits administration, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The Generalist will work under the direction of the Director of Human Resources to ensure effective HR operations and support the organization's objectives.
