Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or equivalent combination of education and HR-related work experience.
  • Minimum of two years relevant work experience.
  • General knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulatory compliance.
  • Professional communication skills with employees and management.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Problem-solving skills, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support, training, and oversight in employee recruitment, hiring, retention, discipline, evaluation, and employee relations.
  • Support operations in recruitment functions including posting job requisitions, screening candidates, and following up with hiring managers.
  • Assist with pre-hire and post-hire background checks and professional license verifications, ensuring completion within timelines.
  • Support the onboarding process, including tracking pre-hire paperwork and providing documents for employee files.
  • Gather and maintain documents required for clinical staff credentialing process.
  • Provide data entry and administration support for the Division.
  • Conduct orientation and training as needed.
  • Develop and implement tracking procedures for post-hire training and compliance requirements.
  • Train supervisors on employee evaluation processes and monitor compliance with timelines.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for resolving conflict and employee relations matters.
  • Train supervisors on corrective action processes and ensure fair implementation of corrective actions.
  • Conduct workplace investigations as needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of company policies and interpret them for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate leave administration and ensure compliance with company processes and laws.
  • Inform employees of the worker's compensation claim process and assist with claim processing.
