About The Position

The Human Resources Generalist plays a crucial role in supporting the HR functions within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires a strong sense of urgency, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build trusting relationships with employees at all levels. The HR Generalist will be responsible for resolving conflicts, facilitating training, and developing action plans to foster a positive employee relations environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Human Resource Management or a Business-related field.
  • 3+ years of HR experience required.
  • Intermediate HR experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Proven experience supporting 600+ employees in various HR-related disciplines.
  • Experience coaching and interacting with various positions throughout the organization.
  • Experience developing and implementing action plans to build strong team-oriented and positive employee relations environment.
  • Experience facilitating employee and supervisory training strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge/experience with Lean manufacturing concepts preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Certification in HR-related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Work well as part of a team and independently.
  • Analyze situations and develop sound recommendations and solutions.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential situations with a high level of interpersonal skills.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
