Additionally, the position manages recruitment efforts for personnel, students, and temporary employees, which includes writing and placing advertisements, coordinating marketing campaigns, organizing career events, reviewing applicants, tracking applications, and coordinating interviews and follow-ups. Regular employee roundtable discussions and meetings with managers regarding team development and training needs are also part of the responsibilities. The role provides various recruitment services, including reviewing applications and interviewing candidates to match their experience with specific job-related requirements for entry-level, professional, and technical job openings. Furthermore, the position coordinates with departments to prepare for onboarding, including developing onboarding and department-specific training plans, and assists in conducting new employee orientations. Training facilitation, including new hire orientation and compliance training, is also a key aspect of this role.
