About The Position

The Human Resources Generalist at The Beverly Hilton is responsible for assisting the Director in managing and administering the Human Resources function to ensure an excellent guest experience and financial profitability. This role involves overseeing daily HR operations, managing team member relations programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining the data management system for team member information.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Human Resources operations including wage/benefit compensation, team member and labor relations, and contract compliance.
• Oversee team member relations programs and initiatives such as picnics, holiday functions, and award banquets.
• Ensure compliance with Affirmative Action Plan and Equal Employment Opportunity guidelines.
• Maintain the data management system, including entry of team member data and generating reports.
