About The Position
As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to be the world's best and most trusted mobility company, we are excited to announce the opening of a Human Resources Generalist/Talent Development Manager for the Support Services Division of Enterprise Mobility. The Human Resources Generalist/Talent Development Manager will have oversight of approximately 900 employees as well as supporting partnerships and training content for contractors across six countries for the Contact Center division. The HRGTD will directly manage two Human Resources Generalist Managers and a Talent Development Manager. Their teams include four Human Resources professionals and four Talent Development Specialists. In addition, the Human Resources Generalist/Talent Development Manager will be responsible for performance management, legal compliance, retention, development, pro-employee philosophy culture, DE&I, payroll, compensation, and any additional employee-related situations. This position will act as a strategic business partner to their management teams to create training and development plans to allow our employees to be successful. Minimizing legal risk is also an important component of this role. This position will primarily be based out of our office in Weldon Springs but could also work out of our Maryland Heights and Corporate Campus location.
