The Human Resources Generalist, Operations - Retail (HRG-O) plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Retail HR Team. This position provides expert guidance and operational support to retail employees and internal HR partners on a wide range of HR topics, including leave of absence administration and accommodations, escalated background screenings, and unemployment claims. The HRG-O ensures that HR practices are compliant with legal requirements, aligned with organizational goals, and delivered with a high standard of service to both employees and internal stakeholders. In addition to these core responsibilities, the HRG-O contributes to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Retail HR function.
