Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship management and organizational skills.
• Critical thinking and detail orientation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using an ATS and an HRIS.

Nice To Haves

• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full cycle talent acquisition function.
• Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies using various recruitment channels.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and develop job offers.
• Represent the company at civic and community events.
• Manage onboarding and new employee orientation programs.
• Administer benefits programs and lead enrollment processes.
• Manage leave of absence programs and maintain employee records.
• Perform file audits to ensure compliance with HR documentation.
• Create and maintain job descriptions for all positions.
• Support various HR projects.
