About The Position

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to learn HRIS systems.
• Knowledge of employment laws.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in HR from SHRM or HCRI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out human resources functions such as recruitment and onboarding.
• Manage employee relations and worker's compensation claims.
• Oversee FMLA and payroll timecard submissions.
• Assist with various HR functions within the department.
• Consult with the Executive Director and Regional HR Director regarding policies and terminations.
