About The Position

Requirements

  • Master's degree and one year of professional HR experience; OR Master's degree and two years of related industrial or manufacturing employee relations experience; OR Bachelor's degree and two years of professional HR experience; OR Bachelor's degree and three years of related industrial or manufacturing employee relations experience; OR High School Diploma/GED and six years of professional HR experience.
  • Understanding of core aspects of Human Resources Management including staffing, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Experience in dispute resolution processes and leading investigations.
  • Ability to address complex employee relations issues autonomously.
  • Experience in project management and completion.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, effective at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform complex HR duties in employee relations, labor relations, recruitment, training, compliance, and recognition.
  • Administer HR policies and procedures.
  • Collect and analyze HR data to assist management and make recommendations.
  • Coach and support new HR team members.
  • Lead employment and compliance investigations.
  • Act as the company's representative during legal and binding arbitration and dispute resolution processes.
  • Collaborate with HR and Operations leadership on HR and labor regulatory issues.
  • Implement HR solutions to attract and retain required skills.
  • Facilitate change management and engagement initiatives as directed by site leadership.
  • Protect and maintain the privacy of employee personnel records.
  • Guide leaders and employees on company policies and monitor compliance with laws.
  • Analyze HR metrics to determine appropriate actions for workforce planning.
