About The Position
The HR Generalist I for Kilgore Flares (KFL) will support HR responsibilities in the employment process, on-boarding, training, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and employee services. This position is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of payroll and employee benefit programs for the Toone, TN facility.
