Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive HR generalist experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical and systems thinking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Work with hiring managers on recruitment activities.
  • Support managers and leaders with the performance management process.
  • Navigate compensation and benefits inquiries and job changes.
  • Coordinate learning program registrations for training and development.
  • Maintain and prepare employee agreements and records.
  • Stay informed about changes in employment laws and advise management accordingly.
  • Provide onboarding support to new managers and connect them with leadership initiatives.
