About The Position

As our Human Resources Generalist on the Human Resources team, you'll be responsible for leading many of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department for the MN & WI offices. The HR Generalist is a key contributor in areas of recruitment, compensation & benefits, compliance, employee relations and learning & development. This role is a trusted partner to assigned departments and helps support and execute on broad business strategies.

Requirements

• High School diploma required, bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years related experience in a service-oriented human resources role.
• Strong knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines including recruiting & onboarding, employee relations & performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and colleague engagement & wellbeing.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in Human Resources Management through a PHR or SHRM.
• Experience leading and supporting Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion initiatives.
• Experience leading colleague engagement and community partnership initiatives.
