These roles are fully onsite, available on first and second shift, and can be based in Seattle, Everett, Renton, or Auburn, WA.

Requirements

  • Experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience with project management and project execution.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Human Resources certification(s).
  • 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP).
  • Experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Experience utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with employees daily on the floor, building relationships and understanding their needs, concerns, and aspirations.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, benefits, and career development opportunities, ensuring every employee feels valued and supported.
  • Connect with and influence employees and leaders to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees, advocating for their needs and helping to implement initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns in real-time, providing solutions and support to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Collect feedback and insights from employees to identify trends and areas for improvement, helping to shape our HR strategies.
  • Maintain a visible HR presence on the manufacturing/production floor for real-time engagement and solutions.
  • Promote open communication and guide discussions to collaboratively resolve workplace issues in a positive and fair manner.
  • Administer HR programs, policies, practices, and processes and serve as subject matter expert.
  • Partner with manufacturing/production managers to deploy HR initiatives that align with operational goals and address workforce challenges.
  • Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to understand and deploy HR programs in specific areas.
  • Maintain records of employee interactions and resolutions or follow-up actions.
  • Resolve or refer HR Service Center employee issues.
  • Identify recurring employee concerns or trends, reporting these to HR leadership to develop proactive solutions or interventions.
  • Serve as a trusted partner and resource for employees at all levels, addressing concerns, providing guidance and implementation assistance on company policies.
  • Model Boeing's values and behaviors through consistent employee interactions.
